In this episode, I had the pleasure to interview on of Biolayne's nutrition coaches Noah Lee to discuss fat loss strategies he implements with his clients to help them achieve phenomenal results. We talked reverse dieting, refeeds, diet breaks, and beyond!


About Noah:

Noah Lee has been working with team BioLayne under Dr. Norton and Holly Baxter since August of 2018. He currently is completing his B.S. in Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Physiology at The University of Tampa. Noah is a past collegiate athlete having played 3 years of NCAA Division II golf. After the completion of his degree at UT, Noah plans on attaining his Masters degree in Exercise Science. Noah's specialty includes helping his clients set up the most efficient fat-loss diets possible by focusing on pre-diet metabolic health and reverse dieting. He is well versed in all aspects of the coaching process including: Fat loss diets, mass gain diets, contest preparation and post-competition nutrition. Noah works with both male and female clients.
