Coach Dana is one of
our Planos dietitians. She is a busy Airforce wife and a mom of 3,
so she understands that health often gets placed on the back burner
when you have children. That’s why she encourages a flexible
approach to nutrition and a positive mindset as the best

family, and your
future! Dana's experience in her 13 years as a Registered Dietitian
ranges from working in
pediatric intensive
care all the way to special forces officers in the United States
military. Now, as part of the Planos team, she specializes in
helping women improve their relationship with food and has helped
hundreds of clients fuel their bodies with food that makes them
feel great, live a happier life, and get the results they
